(including hot water and electricity).
From mid-June to the end of September, you can use the pool and enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.

We are a small family – Nicole, Marcel, and Julius – who emigrated from Germany to Italy almost five years ago. We now own a small country estate with quails, and we love our home. We sell quail eggs and quail meat.
And then there are our kittens, Kitana and Finn, the two roosters, Stan and Olli, and a whole lot of chickens that lay organic eggs.
Our paradise is nestled in the lush Umbrian countryside at the end of a cul-de-sac. We offer a magnificent view of the Umbrian countryside, a lake, and a large pool.
With a little luck, you might see and hear cows or our neighbors' flocks of sheep grazing in our meadows.
In the fall, truffle hunters and their dogs come to our property to search for the coveted truffles.
Our property encompasses almost 9 hectares, bordered on one side by a stream. We have a small lake that feeds our pool, where countless water lilies bloom in early summer.
At night, if it's clear, you'll see a dreamy starry sky, and in June, fireflies dance across the meadows.
Here, foxes and hares truly say goodnight to each other, and if you're lucky, you might even see deer.
We would be happy to share this paradise for a few days with friendly people who appreciate nature and look forward to a pleasant conversation or two.
Popular destinations include Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Arezzo, all of which can be reached in just under 45 minutes by car.
