Take the exit for Foggia and follow the signs for the SS 89 state road towards Manfredonia. Once past Manfredonia, continue for another 17 km before arriving in Mattinata. Once out of the tunnel, the first of four tunnels that connect Manfredonia to Mattinata, at the first crossroads, keep right. NOTE: after the first tunnel exit to the right without proceeding through the other tunnels. Do not enter the town but take the ring road that runs alongside the town. At the second road fork, keep right again. Once you have passed the ESSO petrol station and the cemetery, turn immediately right and be guided by the numerous advertising boards in our rest area.
