A beautiful spot to visit but not great to overnight due to the traffic coming past at quite high speed from very early in the morning. The whole motor-home shakes every time a vehicle passes.

ArikK31/07/2023Parking for the famous and slightly haunted Neolithic stone circle. They ask for £1 admission (honesty box or online), which is fair enough for the upkeep. I thought it would be quieter at night, but people do come by after dark to visit the stones... Decent lay-by, and the road has almost no vehicles at night. No facilities though.
