Great little place, cafe onside, pub over the bridge. Walk along the tow path, all of which are accessible for pushchairs, prams, and mobility scooters. Lovely little shop on site with some souvenirs and essentials. All the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. The Wifi was great and was included in the price £15 per night, including EHU.
Fantastic little place. The staff are very helpful and the surroundings are great. We stayed for one night. There is a pub on the other side of the canal and a cafe in the boat yard itself.
Working boatyard, may be a little noisy when they are busy, and may not be suitable for small children. Staff very friendly and helpful. Licenced cafe on site, pub on the other side of canal. Toilets basic (no hot water) but clean and available 24H. Laundry service available, showers managed by canal and river trust available on the other side of the canal. Would like to add more, but no space.
Staff Polite. Parking is in the boat yard car park adjacent to containers, paint tent and boats. Very industrial but happy to fit in. EHU available £15. CP part level and part not level. Lights illuminated at night by the boats and on the shop and cafe. Key for gate overnight. Toilet ok. Cafe was great and tasty food with Good cakes. Great chandlers shop and plenty of outdoor seating &Dog friendly

Hook up, water, Wi-fi, toilets, Elsan, gas, service washes, shop, licensed tearoom open every day, boat trips and narrow boat hire. Lots of rural walks available, pet friendly. Amazing wee place and only £15 per night.
An excellent park up, staff all very friendly, got parked right on the wharf about 3ft from the water's edge and enjoyed a relaxing evening and morning watching the canal boats coming and going. A real highlight of our trip.
Parking is in a working boat yard so if you like industrial chic it is awesome. The cafe is open until 5pm and the gates are locked then so very secure. You are given a key so you can exit at any time. Across the canal is a lovely pub and lovely walks down the tow path. There are toilets that are left open overnight. Owners were very friendly and helped with getting van into correct spot.
