Il s'agit du parking de la réserve naturelle de Cueden Valley. C'est un petit parc avec environ 4 ou 5 km de sentiers bien asphaltés en forêt et en prairies. Il y a un café près du parking (vérifier les horaires d'ouverture) et il est payant. Nous amenons le chien ici pour se promener.
Ce parking n'a pas de limite de hauteur à l'entrée, mais il n'est pas vraiment adapté aux camping-cars de plus grande taille. Bel endroit pour passer une journée ou une nuit.
This is actually the car park for Cuerden Valley Country Park, the road leads to the cafe. Suitable for smaller campers, less than 7m. About 10 spaces, ANPR used for parking company, Paywithease, new signs as of April '24 showing details. No services. Overnight £4.50. Quiet & clean.
Dies ist der Parkplatz zum Naturschutzgebiet Cueden Valley. Es handelt sich um einen kleinen Park mit etwa 4 bis 5 km gut befestigten Wegen in Wäldern und Wiesen. Am Parkplatz gibt es ein Café (Öffnungszeiten prüfen), das kostenpflichtig ist. Wir bringen den Hund zum Spazierengehen hierher.
Dieser Parkplatz hat bei der Einfahrt keine Höhenbeschränkung, ist aber für größere Wohnmobile nicht wirklich geeignet. Schöner Ort, um einen Tag oder eine Nacht zu verbringen.

This site was just wonderful. lots of space quiet, not far from main roads but no traffic noise. Easy drive in and pay as you leave. Spent a night on our holiday from Australia. Comforting forest park surroundings, with only occasional walkers going by. One of our best stays yet.
Nice and peaceful place, no problems at all as long as it's respected from arrival until departure. Don't forget to use the great cafe here, you won't regret it at all!
Perfect stop over. No facilities as such. (Bins in car park and toilet in cafe) The café is great with stunning views. Lots of beautiful walks from the parking area. £9.10 for between 9 and 24 hours. (Parking is approx £1 an hour up to 9 hours) We’ve stayed twice and both times it was very peaceful with lots of space to park.
Nice park up - do be aware the price has gone up for overnight in 2025 - it’s now £9.10. You can pay on with 48 hours grace or there’s a machine at the cafe. Cafe breakfast is nice with good view of the valley.
Great night's sleep. Arrived late and had no issues getting parked. The ANPR gives you 48 hours after you leave to pay and £4.50 for the night is very reasonable. We bought coffee from the little cafe in the morning.
Drama! hopelijk had ik gewoon pech... toen iedereen savonds vertrok veranderde de sfeer naar creapy en grimmig. Altaren in de bosjes en mensen die zonder lampjes weg van de paden struinen. Ik ben rond 20.00 uur snel de 4.50 gaan betalen en heel snel weggereden. raad dit niemand aan... park zelf is echt prachtig! mooi café erbij, heel tof, veel eekhoorns. jammer van de ervaring.
Arrived after midnight to an empty car park. Great nights sleep with a lovely wake up walk around the park. Definitely worth the £4.50.
Turned up about 8pm and one van already there. Plenty of spaces. ANPR cameras as other comments have said. £4.50 at the machines before leaving. Plenty of routes to walk to start the day, cafe was good too.
Great overnight parking, anpr takes your reg details as you drive in. £4.50 for a night stay, not far from M6. so great to break up our journey to the Lake district. really peaceful and has a wonderful cafe for breakfast before continuing our journey the next day. Will definitely be using again.

Ended up staying here for 2 nights, Fri and Sat. 2-6 rigs camping overnight. Very peaceful and quiet, all locals seemed friendly, lovely walk trail, had a nice brekky at the cafe. Bins in the park you can use, toilet available while the cafe is open too. I paid the £4.50 twice to cover me staying, once on arrival Friday night and once while leaving on Sunday morning.
Heerlijk plekje! Na 22u stonden we hier helemaal alleen, pas ‘s ochtends wandelaars. Wordt dan wel heel druk. Betalen kan aan de automaat, kan ook achteraf. Leuke omgeving om een wandelingetje te maken.
A good place to park up. Reasonably flat and quiet at night. you can hear the motorway but was allgood. just 4.50 for the night
Très bon endroit pour passer la nuit. Personne du coucher au lever du soleil. Dans un petit bois où on peut marcher autour de l'étang. Semble plutôt fréquenté en journée par des promeneurs. Juste le bruit de la M6 au loin
Just arrived 8pm Friday and it’s empty. £4.50 camera system no restrictions seen. So far so good.
Very nice place, but a bit difficult finding 6M space in the afternoon. Found one as cars started leaving.
Great spot for overnight. Only one other van when we arrived at midnight. easy to sort out the £4.50 payment. There is a machine or you can pay online up to 48 hours after. Close to M6 but not noisy.
We arrived at night, and there was no one else here. Very peaceful. Busy with dog walkers in the morning. Pay for each day you’re there. So we paid £8 split over the two days. Had really nice breakfast in the cafe in the morning. And took our dog for a walk.

lovely quiet stay. parking was £4 for over night and well worth it. there were bins around the car park. it got busy at about 9 am with walkers.
What a gem! Stayed for one night. We could hear the gentle hum of the M6 in the distance but very peaceful and woke to birdsong. Plenty of space. Only one other van. Very happy to pay the small charge. There is a machine near the cafe but can also pay by phone. The cafe opened at 9.30am. Very nice!
