We arrived yesterday but it looked only like a farm without any signs for a campsite or local shop. No one was visible just a private house so we went on to the next campsite. Seems the site is closed.
Beautiful tranquil spot with lovely views. A shame its been marked down because people don't read the entry instructions. You need to go to the farm shop within opening hours to get the code. (The shop is Fab by the way). A nice cycle to Cirencester. toilets/showers and water. The lady in the shop couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. Worked really wellfor our large motorhome.
Be sure to book in advance or within the shop opening hours. We arrived on a monday-afternoon, the shop was closed and they were not able to accomodate us for that day.
A great place for all nature lovers! The small campsite is great for tents but also for vans. Everything is kept very simple but is surrounded by beautiful nature + it‘s very cheap (we paid 16£ for one night and two people in a van). The small town of Cirencester is not far away (10 minutes by bike, 40 minutes on foot) - definitely worth a visit!
