The service area for campervans leaves a lot to hope for. Chemical toilet emptying room is one of the dirtiest I have ever seen and the hose for fresh water is right next to it.

tarzic24/08/2024It’s old and outdated camping. The staff was OK but didn’t felt too welcoming. Most the facilities are very old not in a good shape. Other than that scenery was nice, it’s next to the lake and there is a nice trail for morning walk or running.

Nice campsite, a short distance from the city center. Situated among the trees. Everyone sets up a camper as it suits them. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is sufficient.

Not too bad, but there were so many caravans and it looked like there was not a good system to park them. Very helpful staff, a young teenager helped us and found a way so we can use electricity as well. Toilets were dirty, as well as shower room and kitchen, they all need a makeover and there is a need for bigger rooms, cause there are so many people who use them

Schöner Waldcamping. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang nicht freundlich und wenig engagiert. Sanitäre Anlagen lassen zu wünschen übrig, Sauberkeit scheint nicht Priorität zu haben. WiFi funktioniert nur beim Empfang richtig gut. Preis für Womo, zwei Personen und Elektrizität 34 Euro, Waschmaschine zusätzlich 5 Euro. Für die Leistung die erbracht wird, ist der Preis eindeutig zu hoch. 6/2024 astal

Guter Campingplatz, um Lappeenranta zu besuchen, wenn man sanitäre Einrichtungen braucht und auf kurzem Weg per Rad und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten will. Zwei Sterne Abzug wegen des aktuellen Preises: Womo mit Strom 34 €, keine Waschmaschine vorhanden und das Grundrauschen der Fabrik von Fazer ist durchgängig zu hören. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber, aber könnten eine Renovierung gut gebrauchen.

Sehr schöner Platz mit freier Platzwahl und freundlichem Personal. Waschhäuser sind alt und ok. Guter Seezugang und schnell im Zentrum über Strandweg. Bonus: Imbisswagen und kostenfrei Darts...
BuCa27/08/2022Das Sternchen ist für das junge, freundliche, bemühte Personal. Ansonsten kann man den Platz vergessen: Alle Böden im Servicehaus dreckig, die Küche ist runtergekommen, Blumen werden gegossen, sind aber unnütz, wenn es so dreckig ist. Man sollte ein professionelles Putzteam engagieren. Positiv ist der kurze Weg in die Stadt am Wasser entlang und, dass man sich ein Boot mieten kann.
megazoi30/06/2022Duchas y lavabos no muy limpios. El entorno es bonito aunque hay algunas irregularidades en el terreno que deberían señalizar para evitar problemas. Lo mejor es que bajando por la parte de atrás puedes acceder al embarcadero del lago y darte un chapuzón.

Wir hatten keinen Strom und konnten uns einen Platz am See aussuchen. Dieser liegt abschüssig von den Stellflächen. Die Sanitären Einrichtungen wurden hier schon ausgiebig beschrieben, kann ich nur bestätigen. Feuerstellen vorhanden.
reblaus2104/08/2021Keine freie Platzwahl, uns wurde ein Platz direkt an der sehr lauten Straße zugewiesen, es wäre genug schöner Platz frei gewesen. Sanitär zwar sauber aber viel zu wenige Duschen und WC Anlagen. 1 Waschmaschine für den gesamten Platz, wir haben 4 Stunden darauf gewartet, um 21:45 durften dann auch wir. Generell alles sehr abgenutzt und wartet schon lange auf eine Renovierung.

Super friendly welcome, they helped us to find the perfect spot at the grounds and gave tips on where to go in the city for the midsummer festivities. Swimming in Saimaa, the center only 8 minutes by bike.

Wir waren Ende August dort. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zu der Zeit wenig los. Wir blieben 1 Nacht und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

It’s a pleasant camping on a lake side. It’s absolutely quiet by night. I highly recommend to rent a boat (10 € per 3 hrs) to explore the beautiful lake and its numerous islands. The staff is very friendly. About 10 minutes by bike to get to a city center.
