This is just a parking in the center of Gjirokastër. The position is perfect, the old city can be reached within 20 minutes by walk. The site itself is shady and not maintained, grass is not cut, a lot of garbage is everywhere. The personnel is very friendly. For parking is ideal but for camping just in emergency case. The sanitary facilities are very basic.

Für uns für eine Nacht ok. Ideal gelegen um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Leider hatten wir keinen Schattenplatz und es war sehr laut in der Früh. Der Betreiber ist extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für einen Stadtbesuch können wir den Standplatz empfehlen. Zufahrt mit vollintegrierten Hymer Wohnmobil möglich.

Für uns und für eine Nacht ok, da nah der Stadt. Sicher und ruhig. Sanitär zwar spartanisch, aber sauber und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Warmes Wasser vorhanden. Personal sehr nett.

Très Bon emplacement, les services sont rudimentaires mais propres et suffisants. La personne qui nous reçoit est super agréable mais ce n’est pas le Proprietaire. Il loue l’emplacement très cher à l’hôtel et dit qu’il a des difficultés à s’en sortir. A 74 ans bravo à lui pour son courage.

It's not a campsite but an old kids playground that is now disused and rusting. A great place for visiting the town but a rip off at €15. It does have 2 toilets in a ramshackle shed but it's all a bit pikey for me. Nice old boy who runs it and it is safe.

Idealer Platz zur Stadtbesichtigung. Freundliche Besitzer! Strom, Wasser, Toiletten Duschen und Kasettentsorgung! Einfach aber sauber! Ruhig obwohl mitten in der Stadt! Würden wieder kommen!

Sanitäranlagen sehr einfach gehalten aber sauber und wirklich gut nutzbar! Es gibt auch warmes Wasser. Nichts auszusetzen, Stellplätze geschottert und eben. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Für 15€/Nacht direkt im Zentrum zwar kein Schnäppchen aber aufgrund mangelnder Alternativen eine gute Möglichkeit über Nacht zu bleiben.

Die Lage ist top, nachts sehr ruhig, daher 4 Sterne. Die Sanitäranlagen sind grenzwertig. Wir haben sie nicht genutzt. Keine Grauwasserentsorgung. Dennoch empfehlenswert für eine Stadtbesichtigung.

We spent three nights here and returned for a fourth. An excellent site from which to explore an interesting and friendly town, all the food shopping you could need within a few minutes walk, a post office and cash exchanges on the main street, and a friendly, helpful site manager. No drive-over grey waste disposal, and the WiFi is a bit clunky.

Schöner Parkplatz mit Grünfläche drumherum. Die Einrichtungen sind in Ordnung und nachts ist es aufgrund der Straße etwas laut. Es gibt noch viele Dinge, die verbessert werden müssen. 15 Euro sind teuer dafür!

Parking verdoyant très calme bien qu’au centre de la ville à 30’ à pied du centre historique. Le gardien est très sympa. Les Installations sont simples mais propres. Douche chaude. Seul point négatif, on peut évacuer les eaux noires mais pas les grises. Nous le conseillons.

Lebensmittelläden direkt vor der Tür, 30 min zu Fuß hoch in Altstadt, top! Gelände hat aufgrund der Kindervergnügungsparkspielgeräte aus Zeiten der Diktatur historischen Charakter. Schildkröte läuft rum, Hühner gackern, Schule nebenan, das pure Leben und doch wild-ruhig-grün. Sanitär einfach aber funktional (die eine Dusche ist heiß), wifi nicht bei Stellplätzen direkt nutzbar, netter Verwalter

Sehr nett, sehr einfach, einiges erst im Aufbau . Praktisch weil in der Stadt und doch ruhig! Wifi vorhanden.

Die Lage ist wirklich Klasse und aus dem "Anwesen" könnte man etwas machen. Derzeit gibt es nur eine Dusche, weitere sind im Bau. Für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, warum der Betreiber, der den ganzen Tag nur auf seinem Stuhl sitzt, nichts für die Entwicklung des Platzes tut. Das WC hat deutlich mehr Beachtung hinsichtl. Sauberkeit nötig. Wir haben € 15,- ohne Strom bezahlt. Insgesamt schon okay.

The owner of the place is still working on a lot of stuff by himself. But you still get everything you would need! The place is very green, quiet and close to the city centre. Very hospitable and helpful owner, he fixed our shower head in the van! We payed 1700lek for 1 night, power and fresh water refill as well as grey water disposal included. Can only recommend!

Definitiv eine Empfehlung! Stellplatz ist mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem grün & vom Verkehr bekommt man kaum was mit. Sämtliche Dienstleistungen für Camper/Womo gibts vor Ort. Hunde sind erlaubt & willkommen! :)

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt, Sanitäranlagen noch im Aufbau, aber alles funktioniert

Really well situated in town. Great bloke running the place. Friendly and helpful.

An absolutely fantastic campsite in a great location! It was easy to access with our 7.2m camper. The owner, Gent is so kind and accommodating. The facilities are very clean and we had a peaceful night's sleep. We usually wild camp but are so glad we found this place which was worth every penny. Our three year old had a great time too!

This is a new and developing campsite. Has water, black and grey waste, showers,washing machine. It's basic at the moment, english speaking owner so helpful and friendly has great plans for the site which is quiet, secure oasis in the city. Best closest site for visiting the old town and fortress. Supermarkets, bakeries close by. Dog friendly. Can't recommend this place highly enough we'll be back

Désolés :1* pour la gentillesse du propriétaire et de son papa et 1*pour la tranquillité.A part ça tout est à faire:compliqué pour accéder et entrer sur ce terrain.Branchement électrique catastrophique,eau?vidanges?15€+3€électricité pas justifié.Ils ont du boulot pour rendre ce terrain un minimum adapté!Bon courage...voulions rester 3 nuits mais partir après la première.

We give 5 stars for the surroundings, owners and central location:) But we came mainly because of services, which you can’t really do here yet. Toilet and shower great! No grey water drain, and empty black water in the toilet. Laundry is not ready (don’t use the hotel, lady unfriendly, white garments got blue and put laundry soaking wet in the rain)Anyway I guess in the future it will be amazing;)

Wir hatten eine angenehme Nacht auf dem Platz von Gent. Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen. Toilette und Dusche sind vorhanden. Sehr ruhig für einen so zentralen Platz. Altstadt Fußläufig erreichbar. Alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Der Platz wird immer weiter entwickelt.

Very unique camping experience, they just opened but had everything you need! Very well located to visit the old town. Gent and his father are great hosts!

Der Platz liegt im Herzen von Gjirokastër und ist unerwartet sehr ruhig, alles fußläufig erreichbar. WC schon in Betrieb, Duschen bald fertig gestellt. Gent hat ein riesiges Herz und hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der alte Spielplatz aus der kommunistischen Zeit ist auch ein optisches Highlight. Absolute Empfehlung. Alles gute Gent <3

In the heart of the city and perfect to visit the old town and the castle of Gjirokaster. We booked and communicated with Gent via WhatsApp. At arrival we got a friendly welcome and immediately felt at home at this newly opened camp site. It’s still in development but has great potential. The toilet is already up and running. Gent is a great and hard working host, accommodating, helpful and friendly. We wish Gent all the best for the future and recommend this camp very much.

Der ruhige Platz liegt mitten in Gjirokaster, nur wenige Gehminuten vom historischen Zentrum und der UNESCO-Burg entfernt. Betreiber Gent ist mit viel Herzblut dabei, seinen Stellplatz weiterzuentwickeln. Die neuen Duschen sind nach Ostern betriebsbereit. Ein Ort im Aufbau – mit viel Potenzial und engagierter Gastgeberkultur.

Mitten in der Stadt eine grüne Oase der Ruhe, der während der kommunistischen Zeit ein Kinderfreizeitpark war. Wie Kunstwerke in einem Museum stehen hier noch das Riesenrad, das Karussell, die Schaukeln und eine kleine Lokomotive. Hühner und Truthähne spazieren vorbei während Gent den Platz neu mit Pflanzen verschönert und neue sanitäre Anlagen baut.
