DON'T GO THERE IN WINTER NOT OPEN between October and March I parked there and discovered this after I'd got stuck on the waterlogged field. Absolutely gorgeous place with lovely helpful people running it.
Un tel camping magnifique sur un champ de fermiers. Parfait pour les fourgonnettes, les tentes, etc. Bien que très isolé, il y a un pub de campagne luxuriant à 2 minutes à pied à travers le champ qui sert le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. La vue depuis le terrain comprend des collines et une vue sur la mer (qui offre le meilleur coucher de soleil que j'ai jamais vu !) Également une vue sur le canal jusqu'aux Breacon Beacons et au fort de Dolbury Warren, qui est une superbe promenade avec les mêmes vues depuis le sommet. . De nombreuses options de promenades, randonnées, balades à vélo, etc. dans les environs. Les agriculteurs vous laissent tranquille mais sont très arrangeants. Un must absolu.
SUCH a stunning campsite on a farmers field. Perfect for vans, tents etc. Although very secluded, there is a lush country pub within a 2 minute walk across the field that does breakfast, lunch and dinner. The view from the field has rolling hills and a sea view (which has the best sunset I’ve seen!) Also views over the channel to the Breacon Beacons and Dolbury Warren hill fort which is a great walk with the same views from the top. Many options for walks, hikes, bike rides etc all around the area. The farmers leave you be but are very accommodating. Absolute must. NO TOILETS BETWEEN END OF OCTOBER AND BEGINNING OF MARCH SO WILD CAMPERS/VANS WITH TOILETS ONLY
SO ein atemberaubender Campingplatz auf einem Bauernfeld. Perfekt für Transporter, Zelte usw. Obwohl es sehr abgelegen ist, gibt es innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß über das Feld einen üppigen Landgasthof, der Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen serviert. Die Aussicht vom Feld aus bietet sanfte Hügel und einen Blick auf das Meer (mit dem besten Sonnenuntergang, den ich je gesehen habe!). Außerdem hat man Ausblicke über den Kanal auf die Breacon Beacons und die Bergfestung Dolbury Warren, was ein toller Spaziergang mit der gleichen Aussicht von oben ist . Viele Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren usw. in der gesamten Umgebung. Die Bauern lassen Sie in Ruhe, sind aber sehr zuvorkommend. Absolutes Muss.

Dieter7627/08/2024Sehr schöne Aussicht. Bezahlung geht online über app. Es ist wirklich sehr viel Platz. Es gibt nur zwei Portalklos die okay sind. Also für uns für eine Nacht perfekt
morganWilliams06/07/2024big open field with lots and lots of spaces, easy enough to find a flat spot too. 2 portaloos and an amazing view, Owner seems very easy going so late arrivals would probably be okay. Super big campervans would probably struggle coming through the lane abit but medium size okay 100% will be back to stay when returning to the area

Highly recommended if the setting is more important to you than the facilities. Tranquil, amazing views, lovely walks. Field is a bit undulating but you can park anywhere so possible to find a flat pitch. 2 portaloos, sink and rubbish/recycling bins. lovely pub 2 minutes walk down the road. £8 per adult and £2 for dogs. Welcoming owners. Would definitely come again.
moggiex15/09/2023Peaceful, huge field with amazing views across to South Wales. Dogs allowed, £10 for one adult (£8) and a dog (£2). Can see the planes for the airport going in and out. No showers, toilets are a pair of portaloos, running water at the top of the field. Phone number in description had no answer so just turned up.
