Excelente área Sosta !!! Segura , iluminada, com todos os serviços, vagas cobertas e descobertas, fácil acesso, posto de combustível nas proximidades, parada de ônibus a 300mts para valência e trem a 1,4km.Você pode comprar os bilhetes na própria área de Sosta com José, um cara fantástico muito gente boa, sempre solicito e pronto para ajudar!!!
Alles korrekt, was bisher geschrieben wurde. Vielleicht noch ein alternativer Tip für Hundebesitzer: die Bahnstation ist gut 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt und Hunde dürfen mitfahren, gar kein Problem (wir haben einen Labrador). Die Fahrt ins Zentrum dauert ca. 20 min. und kostet 1,80 für Erwachsene. Es sind drei Stationen. Und ja, José ist klasse, wir haben ebenfalls per WhatsApp kommuniziert. Danke!
Neben den zahlreich beschrieben positiven Punkten war es mir durch Autoverkehr, Flughafen und Industrie- und Lagertätigkeiten einfach zu laut in der Nacht. Das Wasser ist schmeckt leicht chlorhaltig. Daher nur 3*

We only came here because we thought that València was 3km away walking( have dog) however not to the centre, 6km to centre market, 9k to the science Museum and 12k to the beach ( one way). The facilities are clean great host! But you’re sharing the site with storage units. Where we parked we had doors behind the van where people went to at 830pm and stood taking for 20 mins. Was S. Lenzschau schreibt stimmt alles. Aber, ich finde, nur zwei Toiletten (eine für Frau und eine für Mann) und erst noch provisorische, ist zu wenig. Es gibt je 2 Duschen, aber wirklich nur Duschen. Kein WC in der Nähe der Duschen vorhanden. Und beim Abwasch gibt es leider nur kaltes Wasser. WLAN leider nur für das erste Wohnmobil direkt bei der Reception.
Un area con suelo de hormigon que esta bien cuidada, con parcelas al sol, debajo de tejadillo y en interior. El propietario, Jose, muy atento, dandote toda clase de informacion, tanto de visitar lugares como donde desayunar o comer. autobus, 160 a unos 300 metros de la puerta y el 161 a 800 metros, para ir al centro. Jose tiene tarjetas para el bus. Muchas gracias Jose. Volveremos.
Der perfekte Platz, um Valencia zu besuchen! José hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns ausführlich mit Hilfe eines Stadtplanes erklärt, was sehenswert ist in Valencia, wo wir gute Tapas bekommen und wie wir dort am besten hinkommen. Man steht hier sicher (großes elektrisches Tor), alle Serviceleistungen, alles sehr gepflegt und wir wurden sogar noch mit Mandarinen versorgt. Danke für alles!
Muy bien ubicada, a pocos km del centro de Valencia. Todos los servicios. Puerta cerrada, acceso con tarjeta para más seguridad. Aseo y duchas extraordinariamente limpios todo el tiempo. Jose es muy amable! incluso te explica lo que puedes visitar y cómo ir en transporte público. Llovía mucho y pudimos aparcar dentro de una nave. Volveremos! altamente recomendable!

José (sehr nett!!)hat mir kurz vor der Ankunft über WhatsApp den Standort und ein Foto von der Einfahrt geschickt. Nach einer Einweisung hat er uns auf der Karte die wichtigsten Spots in Valencia. :äToiletten, Duschen, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Frisch- Grauwasser, Strom, Föhn. Kosten: 20 Euro/Nacht. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca 5 Minuten weit weg. Für 1,45 Euro kann man in die Innenstadt fahren.
Suosittelen koko sydämellä yöpymään Josen parkissa, josta löytyy kaikki tarvittava. Saniteettitilat todella siistit ja suihkussa riittää paine ja lämmin vesi. Paikasta unohtumattoman tekee kuitenkin Josen lämmin ja välittävä vastaanotto. Hän varmistaa että viihdyt ja osaat kulkea Valenciassa. Jose on valmis auttamaan kaikessa ja tekee olostasi todella tervetulleen. Kiitos!
El sitio tiene de todo, muy bien equipado y súper limpio. Fuimos con remolque y moto y nos dejaron un sitio para dejarlo sin ningún problema. Súper amable y atento el dueño. Sin duda volveremos aquí cuando vengamos a Valencia.
The surroundings are industrial, but this is more than made up for by the price and the warm welcome given by Jose. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Public transport is close and an uber into the city is in the region of €12-15. The gate access is alarmed overnight; entry is with a swipe card. Contact Jose by Whatsapp, and he will reply straight away.

Bruyant avec des professionnels qui entrent et sortent tôt, vibrations avec décollage des avions. bus pas à 200m. douches impec, accueil sympa. nous voulions visiter Valence, pas top. on nous a volé sur la monnaie rendue dans le bus et on nous a arnaque sur le prix d'un sandwich au mercado central
Todo fenomenal. Cerca de valencia a 20’ en autobús. La parada a 400m. El personal súper amable y servicial. Hay un bar restaurante q se llama el Asador Artesano precio calidad súper bien. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas.

what an amazing place! this park up is very new , all facilities are impeccable and work well. the showers are so hot and powerful! laundry is really cheap as it must be at least an 8kg wash and 9kg dry for a combined €7 !! detergent included. water point at each pitch. the owner Jose is so wonderful, he goes out of his way to help you and make sure you have a great stay. easy train to Valencia

Verschrikkelijke plek. Bedrijfsverzamelgebouw met veel activiteit van vroeg tot laat met bijbehorend lawaai. Laagvliegende vliegtuigen en een drukke weg voor de deur. Fijn dichtbij de stad, maar zeker geen aanrader!
Hemos vuelto a Valencia y nos hemos vuelto a alojar en Xirivella camper. El mejor sitio para visitar valencia por su cercanía al centro, comunicación en autobús e incluso en bici. Además, es un lugar seguro, muy limpio y con instalaciones de luz, agua,lavandería, duchas con agua caliente y baños impecables. Gracias y volveremos siempre que pasemos por Valencia!
Super sicher, Super Duschen. Versorgung und Entsorgung sowie Strom inkl. Betreiber mega freundlich und geben Tips für den Aufenthalt. Keine 5 weil die Umgebung einfach schlimm ist. Industriezone mit vielen dreckigen und düsteren Ecken. Am Tag fühlten wir uns auf dem Weg zum Bus sicher, im Dunklen... würd ich das eher nicht machen.
Very nice welcome from Jose. He has all the info you need, printed out already! One of the best and cleanest showers we came by in the last 5 months. We felt very safe and recommend the place for visiting Valencia.
Just a parking lot where trucks also sleep. Many people who are not staying constantly come and go. It is next to a funeral home and an ice factory, which makes it difficult to sleep due to the loud noise from the large extractors, in addition to the constant noise from the road. I do NOT recommend it.

Super gelegen, 45min mit dem Rad ins Zentrum und zum Beach etwas über eine Stunde. Sauber und sicher, Duschen heiß und total nette Mitarbeiter hier - Empfehlung!

Ein richtig guter Stellplatz. Sicher, sauber, heiße Duschen und einiges mehr. Alles was man benötigt. Bei der Ankunft wird man herzlich empfangen, alles wird erklärt. Strom und Wasser direkt am Platz. Richtig gut. Nach Valencia rein sind es ca. 10 km mit dem Fahrrad.

Ein Camper Van mit 2 Personen für eine Nacht inkl. Strom, Duschen, Toiletten, Spülmöglichkeit für 20€ - das finden wir unschlagbar! Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele gute Infos gegeben, mit welchen Bussen wir zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Valencia gelangen. Alles war neu und sauber. Es war sehr ruhig. In der Nähe eine günstige Tankstelle. Sehr empfehlenswert!
I had a fantastic experience at this caravan parking. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The site is spotless, well-maintained, and very organized. The showers are exceptionally hot. If you happen to arrive late, you can easily contact the owner via the mobile number displayed on the gate for assistance with entry. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang.Sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen.Washtur perfekt.Taxi nach Valencia Altstadt ca.15€.Kann den Platz nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Mit Schranken und Alarm abgesichert.Flugplatz und Strasse sind zwar in der Nähe,aber absolut kein Hinderniss zu schlafen.Platz auf Asphalt,trocken und sauber.Kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr netter Besitzer. Durch die Erklärung und Stadtkarte ist man besten Ausgerüstet. Mit dem Bus ca 15min zur Innenstadt. In der Innenstadt ist alles Fußläufig erreichbar. Verbrachten hier 2 Nächte. Man kann mit Karte zahlen. + Saubere und heiße Dusche - 1 Aussicht, Fluglärm, Umgebung, zu teuer für 20€!

Total netter Empfang durch den Betreiber. Spricht gut Englisch. Top Einweisung vor Ort und auch über Valencia inkl. Stadtplan, Busplan und entsprechenden Empfehlungen. Ein Stern Abzug, da die Aussicht nicht so toll ist. Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Moderne und saubere sanitäre Anlagen. Um sicher zu stehen, ist der Platz perfekt um Valencia zu besuchen. 10 Euro sind daher vollkommen ok. Bus nimmt keine Hunde mit. Wir sind mit dem Zug gefahren. In Valencia kann man die S-Bahn mit Hund nutzen.
nous devions rester 2 nuits,mais tellement proche de Valencia,que nous avons prolonger 2 nuits de plus. douche chaude, un coin laverie et même un lavabo pour la vaisselle. piste cyclable a côté et la ligne 160A pour aller jusqu'au centre de Valencia. les gérants très simpa,qui vs explique tout. bref,très bon plan. je recommande fortement.
Sehr erfreundlicher Empfang durch den Besitzer, der uns sofort mit Stadtplan, Busroute und Tipps versorgt hat. Zugang, Zu-und Ausfahrt nur mit der Code Karte möglich, zusätzlich nachts alarmgesichert. Saubere Sanitäranlagen und prima Waschmaschine/Trockner. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt und hatten einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die Stadtbesichtigung von Valencia (Busfahrt 1,45 €).
This spot is save and well maintained. Jose is a great host. Super friendly and nice. Bringing a dog was not a problem and driving to the city no very easy by RENFE train. it’s about 15‘ walking distance. Ticket to Val North is 1.80 Euros. Can recommend to stay here to explore pretty Valencai

Ich kann meinen Vorschreibern nur zustimmen. Auf die Kritik, weil nur eine Toilette wäre, haben sie wohl reagiert und eine Art Container zusätzlich aufgestellt mit einer Dusche und 2 Toiletten, aber auch da, sehr sauber! Herausragend ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit der Herren! Danke dafür!

Der Platz ist super zweckmäßig zum Besuch von Valencia. Sehr sauber, sehr nette Betreiber, tolle, sehr neue Sanitäreinrichtungen. Wir haben an unserem überdachten Stellplatz Wasser, - und Stromanschluss ( im Preis von 20 € inbegriffen). Ein Stern Abzug da es keinerlei Grünflächen oder Bäume gibt. Der Flug, - und Straßenlärm ist gut zu hören, aber kein Problem. Wir kommen wieder !!

Der Platz ist ganz ok wenn man Valencia besuchen will. Man steht sicher, eingezäunt und Video überwacht gleich an der wand des südlichen Krematorium von Valencia. Sanitäranlagen sind sauber, etwas störend das es nur eine Toilette für alle gibt.
Area muy limpia con excelentes duchas, WC, fregaderos, lavadora y secadora. Luz y agua en cada plaza (algunas con techo). Suelo nivelado de hormigón. Portón corredero con tarjeta. Cámaras de seguridad. Propietarios muy atentos. Ruidos no excesivos. Próximamente: piscina, parque infantil y plazas cubiertas.
All good: José a great host, facilities perfect, spotlessly clean (best shower ever) and reasonable and affordable transport links to Valencia. Busses, train and taxi/Uber available. We will return.
Àrea molt recomanable, ideal per visitar València amb tranquil·litat. Ja que el recinte és tancat i a la nit hi ha alarma. Transport públic a 200m. Lavabos i dutxes nous i molt nets, també hi ha rentadora i assecadora, piques per rentar plats! Els germans que ho porten són molt atens i agradables. Tornarem!!!

Un solar muy caluroso, parece más un parking asfaltado que un área, servicios mínimos y para visitar Valencia hay mejores opciones. Lo bueno es que es nuevo y de momento está en buen estado.
Area is very clean bathroom and showers are new, the owner is very kind and helpful. The area feels very safe it is closed at night and there is an alarm on the fence and gate. It is a bit outside from the city but well connected.

Super saubere Sanitäranlagen, Schatten unter Blechdach, wir wurden nach einem kurzen Anruf (Nummer steht auf Zaun) eingelassen, 20 Euro, wir fühlten uns sehr sicher durch großes Tor( öffnen mit Karte), nachts sehr ruhig, Bus ins Zentrum ca 200 m entfernt.
Muy buen lugar para visitar la hermosa Valencia, las instalaciones impecables, todo muy limpio. Fuimos atendidos por Miguel Angel de la mejor manera, nos aconsejo para conocer y hasta nos facilito una tarjeta para el bus. Altamente recomendable, sin dudas volvería.

très bon accueil, site propre, toutes commodités. à 1/4 d'heure véhiculé du centre (nous avions un quad donc très pratique) .Du bitume mais tout est fonctionnel. Eau chaude à la douche et sanitaires impeccables. Machine à laver, sèche linge, vidange. pour 20 euros et 10 pour notre remorque avec quad négocié. c'est top !

Area sosta con posti all’ombra sotto una tettoia e altri sotto al sole, super pulita, bagni e docce fantastici, i gestori sono molto disponibili, in particolare, il signore che abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo ci ha accompagnato in auto alla fermata del pullman, grazie mille ! Consigliatissimo
Die Sanitäranlagen sind neu und sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und der Besitzer war sehr hilfreich und hat uns gute Tips für Valencia gegeben. Da kein Taxi zur Verfügung stand, hat uns der Besitzer mit seiner Frau in die Stadt gefahren…sehr herzliche Menschen…Wir fühlten uns vor Ort sehr sicher. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man auf Durchreise ist und/oder die Stadt besichtigen möchte.

Il gestore è sempre disponibile, gentilissimo e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità. Non tutti gli stalli sono ombreggiati, durante il giorno può fare parecchio caldo, ma la sera il venticello risolve tutto!

Nous avons passé une nuit . L’échange avec les propriétaires ont été rapide et facile. Le vrai plus sont les sanitaires propre et bien entretenu. Recinto cerrado vídeovigilado, la puerta se abre con una tarjeta,el dueño muy atento a nosotros en todo momento, todas las instalaciones nuevas y muy limpias. Lo recomiendo 100% para visitar Valencia. Hacer hincapié en llamar directamente al dueño y el resuelve cualquier problema que tengas. Gracias por la estancia tan buena.
Instalaciones nuevas con baños y duchas, entrada con tarjeta que facilita la salida. Muy tranquilo para pernoctar y visitar Valencià tranquilamente. Los dueños muy atentos, llamamos por telefono y enseguida nos enviaron la ubicación. Recomendable.
Recinto cerrado y video vigilado, muy seguro y con una tarjeta para entrar y salir cuando quieras. Contacté muy rápido ya que el tlf se encontraba en la puerta, app e internet. Excelentes servicios y muy completos, volveré.
Turned up at about 3:30pm, gate closed, internet signal there is non existent so couldn’t contact. Drove until I had internet signal and stayed elsewhere
recién inaugurado me sorprendió mucho los servicios que tiene duchas de obra, baño minusválidos fregaderos... me trataron muy bien me ofrecieron plaza con sombra para la autocaravana las plazas son grandes
Lugar muy acogedor y seguro para dejar tu camper y dormir , tienen buenos servicios y buenas duchas , el dueño jose Antonio fue muy amable y nos dio muchas facilidades .
Muy seguro, con vídeo vigilancia. Muy cerca del centro ciudad. Perfecto para visitar la ciudad por cercanía, transporte público a 200m y con todo tipo de servicios. Muy recomendable.
Todo muy bien,nos sentimos muy seguros y el Area muy cómoda para visitar Valencia.Los dueños son geniales y nos ayudaron en todo para que nuestra visita a la ciudad fuera perfecta.Cuando volvamos por la zona repetiremos!!!
